Hi, everyone, my name is Fabio Zuniga. I'm 18 years old. I'm from Jutiapa. I live in the village of Rome. I study math at the UPNFM and I make this video for two reasons the first is that it is my final project for the general English class and the second is to give a little encouragement to everyone who is in their homes at this time.

I know that these are difficult times, but we have to be strong, maybe for many at this time are having a little bad, since no one was prepared for an event like this, but this quarantine is to preserve the health of everyone, both mine, as yours and your loved ones so remember it is good to stay home and follow the correct sanitary measures.

But not everything has to be bad, because now that you have time it is good that you take advantage of it, I don't know, you can discover new hobbies or practice the ones you already have, listen to music, do sports, watch a movie or do whatever you like

All you need is time, and at this time is what you have more is also good to think about you as a person that you discover and realize what you really want and desire, that both outside and inside you feel completely full of peace and light.


I for example practical exercise with my friends and family is something that relaxes you and it is also advisable to listen to some music while you do it, you can exercise from your home without having to go out and expose yourself. 
 You can, watch a movie, read, play video games, whatever entertains you.

It is also good that you keep an eye on the news if you are a student since it is one of the most affected sectors due to different factors, but you must give your best and make an effort to get good grades, be punctual and not fall down that is the most important thing.

Remember that just because it is difficult for you does not mean that everything is lost, you have to get up and serve as examples to show that if possible we will soon get out of this and enjoy all the pleasures of life, to feel free again.
